If you want to be treated like an insurance fraud thief,then this the place for you. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I went to go pick up my car after they had it for two months and once I went to go retrieve my vehicle. The lady named Michelle accused me of cashing a 5k check that I never received. She wouldn’t relinquish my keys until I paid the 5k, I tried to explain to her that the only thing I was supposed to pay was my 500 dollar deductible,but she wouldn’t listen and had me waiting there for well over an hour. Once I called my insurance to CONFIRM what was I been trying to convey to her, that’s when she finally went to go get my Lexus. All of this would be avoided if she would’ve just communicated with me vs accusing me then disappearing for over an hour. They did a great job on the body work ,but the customer service is why I giving them a one star. Service: Body & Trim
