I was pleased with how my first vehicle repair went, but unfortunately, my second experience was not as positive. Despite my patience, it turned out to be a disappointing one. The brackets and covers were poorly cut with a Dremel, and when I attempted to change my light bulbs, the fan screen was cleanly clipped off. Furthermore, I noticed that there were missing clips, retainers, and loose hardware. Despite bringing it to their attention a second time, the gap in the mirror remains unresolved. As someone who takes great pride in my work as a mechanic, it is disheartening to see that the technicians at this place are not displaying the same level of care and professionalism. I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting everything before leaving the repair shop.

Great service. The people were amazing at explaining the entire process to me. I got text messages every step and they made sure I didn't have any questions at all! I even got a funny shirt at the end! The work itself is flawless and I can't even tell that I got rear ended!
