Car started clunking on the interstate. I pulled off and headed to John's because they were the closest place with good reviews. The reviews are true. I pulled in a half hour before they closed but they treated me like their first customer. Between the number of cars on the lot and the backup on parts, I expected it would be two weeks before repairs were done. They had it finished by the next morning for a fair price. Incredible!

Convenient location and honest service. John’s Auto has repaired two of my vehicles, an idler pulley on one and a steering rack on the other. I was pleased with price and service both times. The parking lot is cramped and shop space is limited. So word of advice, just showing up will throw them off a little if they have a lot going on. Another drawback back is older vehicles make them anxious, and they will refer you to someone else. You’re best bet is to call to schedule a visit, if you can. If they aren’t busy, they will take a walk up. Overall, I highly recommend these guys for most work.

I love this place. They drove my sister home and picked her back up. They took the time to track down an intermidant electrical problem that would drain the battery. Another place could only generalize the problem without giving a solution. They have always done the repairs quickly. We won't use anyone else now. Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair
