I am sorry to say that I had to reschedule my appointment so many times that I was afraid they would drop me. When I took my vehicle in, the check in went incredibly smoothly, and the service was amazing. My vehicle was ready 2 days earlier than anticipated, and the work done was immaculately performed. Would recommend Trent and his staff without hesitation.
Excellent customer service and repair work. Recently took my car to Cahaba Collision Center for body work after a minor car crash. Very happy with the repairs- my car looks like it was never in a crash. All of the CCC staff I encountered were very professional and customer service focused. Service: Body & Trim
No complaints about their work..it's excellent. BUT the fact that they won't take a personal check from a 3-4x repeat customer is one thing. But then to charge 3.5% upcharge if you use a credit card will cause me to look elsewhere next time. Service: Body & Trim
