My car was having electrical issues (interior lights would come on when I hit the brakes) and I needed to get it to the dealership. It was acting completely crazy then it just died. I couldn’t get it to jump start. Spent too much money on a portable jumper. Still no luck. So I called Tiger to have them tow my car to the dealership. When the driver arrived he was able to get the car up and running for me so I could drive it to the dealership. Really nice guy. He could have just put it up on the truck, taken it to the dealership, and collected the fee. He didn’t. He got it running which saved me $150 in towing fees. It’s good to know there are still good people and small trustworthy businesses out there. Please take your issues to Tiger tire and auto. They got your back.

Tiger Tire is a joke. If I could leave negative stars I would! Went in for what I was told was a busted radiator hose…$1,200 was my bill. My FIRST bill. Took my car back and forth with them for almost 6 weeks (Keep in mind when i say take it back i mean i had to have it towed 6 TIMES) and turns out it was a busted head after all. Long story short, KIA of AU laughed at them and now after $9,000 MORE later I now have to have an entire new motor because mine was so fried! How did you not see this Tiger Tire? Truly idiots. I’m not one to leave reviews but this seriously is a joke. I will NEVER be back and NEVER recommend this place to a soul! This won’t be the last they hear from us! If my review can reach anyone SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else. You’ll regret it!

I took a trailer here for a bearing issue. I left it for a week so they had time to look at it. When I called, I was given a quote of $800 to fix a trailer I paid $500 for 24 years ago. I was given the impression they didn’t want to do the work anyway. I picked it up and brought it back home. I had it fixed at a local reputable shop for $125. Not sure if they did this because they didn’t want to fix it or because I am a female and they knew I was from out of town. Either way, I will not use them ever again.
