They were professional, communicated with me through the entire process of fixing my car, and did an outstanding job. Being new to Alabama, I wasn't sure where to bring my car for repairs... They blew me away with how great they were. Will definitely go back if I need more body work done.

Re: My BMW 430 I Repair needed: Entire front bumper I am a 3 time returning client. Insurance company: State-farm ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The claim process was extremely simple. Here’s my review. - [ ] Jake was able to give me a quote. Upon accepting the quote I was able to schedule a date to return my vehicle for repair. -1 week. - [ ] Jake stated that it would be 1-2 weeks to complete the repairs. It was exactly 2 weeks as promised. Jake called me after 1 week of service to update me. I thought that was great because communication is important to me. - [ ] The shop was very roomy, modern, clean and beautiful. - [ ] Jake and Kelly was SUPER friendly. Jake makes you feel comfortable and at ease. And, Kelly is a burst of loveliness and sunshine. - [ ] There is an Enterprise satellite office on site. I had the pleasure to work with Quay and Shay. They both were overly accommodating and helpful. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - [ ] The repairs are FLAWLESS. I have to brag on the technicians, they do an excellent job. I

Shame on USAA for sending me to Rays Collision of Columbus 50th street! Upon my body work getting completed, Rays collision attempted not once but three times to get the paint correct. Every time I got the call that the paint was completed, it only came back with more new scratches! USAA has the nerve an insisted that I take my truck back. They have had three attempts to get it done and still fail to complete the job to satisfaction. The customer service is great but there work is poor and lousy… stay away from Rays Collision … I would recommend north Columbus collision center.. and stay away from USAA if at all possible
