Made appointment for basic oil change a week in advance for 3:30 pm. At 5:15pm I am still sitting here waiting. This is poor service. My 4 year old grandson could change the oil in less than 30 minutes. It’s taken a professional shop almost 2 hours. My money will go to someone else from now on. Service: Oil change

Bought a 2023 Camry XSE here January 2023. The Sales Manager (Virgil), Salesman (Eric), Finance Manager (Wayne), and Manager trainee (Emmett) were likeable from the start. All had nice personalities, were professional, and answered all my questions. Plus, my salesman, Eric, spent at least half an hour after our purchase downloading our phone contacts, setting up XM, Navigation, filling tank FULL with gas, getting car washed and detailed, showing us several things about the new car, Lynch Toyota Advantage (pretty awesome), explaining the FREE oil changes and such for the next couple years, etc. Also, this was a CLEAN (as in nearly spotless) dealership. I walked around the facility .... front to rear .... and apparently everyone takes ownership of their space in cleanliness (service, sales, greeting area, even behind the dealership where they wash and detail vehicles was clean and tidy).
