I had a ding in my car door from a loose shopping cart. It requires the whole door being replaced. From initial estimate to job completion it was just a little over a week. Lennox communicated with me every step of the way. They also dealt directly with my insurance and called the rental car place for me. Every employee I spoke with was professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I’m very impressed. I even had a dime stuck in my old door and when I got my car back, the dime was there. I have never felt so compelled to leave a 5 star review. The entire process of working with Lennox was beyond anything that I could have imagined. My car was near totaled with hail damage. They kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up vehicle it looked better than the day I bought it from the car lot. The staff members all knew my name and thanked me for my business. Finally I got into my car and it felt and smelt new. Honestly they treated me like royalty. I find it harder and harder to come across people that take such pride in their work. I highly recommend them.
