Very good service getting us back on the road after a cooling line failed on our motorhome. They identified the problem quickly and had a new part delivered overnight to get us up and running as fast as possible. Seth took great care of us and took the time to answer all our questions. The technician (don't remember his name) went out of his way and took extra steps to make sure this problem isn't likely to occur again in the future. We happened to be here during Floyd's 75th Anniversary, so we even got a couple of barbecued burgers at no extra cost! Would definitely stop here again if we needed help while in this area.

The guys at Floyd's were awesome! Andy, Seth, John, and Jace kept us appraised of the work throughout our stay, and were friendly, courteous and helpful in explaining what was wrong with our motorhome's diesel exhaust system. They let us camp on the property for a week, and Andy even fixed our fridge's icemaker. How awesome is that?!! The trucker lounge was a great place to hang out during repairs. Glad they fixed everything right the first time, and now we're back on the road. If you need to have a breakdown, next to Floyd's Truck Center Cheyenne is the place to do it.
