Big O Tires

I was passing thru WY on my way home, StL, when one of my tires started slipping belts. I made it to Cheyenne and stayed the night. The next morning I started researching and calling tire stores in the area. At first I was only going to get two tires just to make it home. But prices in Cheyenne were comparable to StL so I decided to just get all four. Walmart was three days out. Another tire store I spoke with had the tires in stock but the guy I spoke to didn't seem to really care if I came there or not. In fact, when I mentioned the 2 to 300 dollar difference in price he quoted and the website "out the door" price he said "I don't look at the website". I called Big O and Justin answered in a clear, polite and professional manner. I told him my story and he treated me like a friend. He matched the other stores price. A huge thank you to Justin and Big O team. My daughter and I were driving cross country from CA to Chicago with a new used car purchased for her move. All of her earthly possessions were stuffed in the car. We had an issue with coolant leaking and Big O was able to check the car first thing in the morning and confirmed our issue was likely the radiator cap. We were back on the road with our nerves calmed very quickly. These guys were very kind to us. I highly recommend.

New to the area from Florida and went in for new tires on my dually. The store manager, Treall was amazing to deal with. When I came in to get the work done, the owner Jack was here and I was picking on him about no coffee and he actually went and bought some coffee for us! Great service and awesome people. The techs were great and polite as well.
