Thank you Big Al's! Taking my son to college in NE and passing through Cheyenne, we broke down on I-80. Big Al's (Cory) came out and towed us in and Big Al's let us keep our truck there as they looked it over. I was able to get back to Cheyenne 3 weeks later and they were more than accommodating and friendly. Thank you for getting us through a rough patch and getting me back on the road! This is the second time I have used this shop for assistance in projects on my vehicle. I was very disappointed this time as it took them 4 days to bend 2 brake lines, I was charged $250 for the new lines and they reused the old nuts off my old brake lines. For that price I would definitely expect new hardware to have been used. Service: Brakes
