Had what I was looking for. Two staff people there were pleasant and friendly. Was greeted when we walked in. Directed us to what we were looking for. While checking out, engaged in a little banter without being too chatty. Appreciated the informality.

Went in tonight 9/15/23 Mgr was nice at first going in same time I was, inside guy was on his phone, usually asked all sorts of questions about vehicle not tonight(kinda nice), I needed brake pads and was told this truck came with 2 diff types of calipers so would have to go home tear it apart to see, no problem i can understand that been working on cars for 40+ yrd. Got home took wheel off no name on calipers just pt numbers. I called back, now the guy who was on his phone went and got the pads supposedly(but couldn't when I was there), did me no good over the phone to be told it has a grive like the calipers(i have drilled n slotted currently)told him I have the pt #s off the calipers gave him the 2 sets of #'s, he either wasn't paying attention or didn't hear me but says all his calipers show the same pt # (which matched one of the ones i gave him) I then asked which pads fit that caliper he says he don't know,(now how do you sell a part if you don't know if it fits?).
