Had to drive from Atlanta twice and vehicle still not fixed when I got there. Don't waste your money or time on dealing with this rinky dink auto shop, find anywhere else..
So the neighbor bumped my car and scratched up the paint. they offered to pay. I got 3 quotes, Ervins was about middle of the three but the guy seemed to know what he was doing. After giving them the car, it took a bit longer than I expected. Apparently the color of my car is a bit unique, and it took a few tries, but he was able to match the color spot on. That side of my car looks like new. I will be using them for body work again in the future.
The car looked great at first after replacing the front bumper, hood, and front quarter panels. However, over time the paint began to flake off on each of the parts that were replaced. I took it back in, he re-did the work, only covered 1/4 my car rental cost and then that paint job flaked off too. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because at least he was willing to admit his mistake and try again. However, the result was still flaking paint.
