Marty's Tire

I went in for an inspection, and was told my two front tires were dry rotted. I already had a tire, so I had them order a new tire and put on the other spare tire I had, since they said it was in sufficient condition. A day later, the tire I had was completely flat. After going back to see if it needed patched or replaced, they didn't end up replacing it or charging me anything, but only said the air pressure sensor was loose and sent me on my way. By the time I was back home, it was down to 21 psi. I told them prior to giving them my keys that I already had to have Triple A fill my tire before coming back because it was so flat, so I am not sure why they thought the tire pressure sensor was the issue. It was visibly flat and I could hear air hissing out, and ultimately nothing was fixed after waiting for 3 hours for them to see what the issue was. Other than the issue with this tire, my experience was fine, but I just feel that my time today was wasted.

I was stuck on the interstate and they made room on the schedule to look at my trucks damage. I am extremely happy with the professionalism and service they gave me. I highly recommend them. I had a cracked coolant reservoir. They discovered it immediately, called me and I gave them the ok. They are very professional yet they are very personable. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
