Got my Jeep stuck in a ditch on one of these narrow Morgantown streets during WVU move in. Wrecker showed up in a few minutes and helped me out. The driver was super professional and honest. I didn't catch the tow driver's name, but thank you!
Drives around looking for cars to take from clearly marked visitor spots at apartment complexes. Then charges an exorbitant amount when they only took it 10 minutes away. Shame on you for preying on in debt college students.
Got towed. Told me I could get my car at 9am. Made me wait for over 4 hours before anyone showed up and kept lying about when they were going to be here. Pathetic company.
