One of the mechanics made rude remarks to me because I asked him to fix a mistake. I then went inside and the guy dave continued the crappy attitude that the first guy gave me. Then when I got upset he tried to gas light me. I would not suggest them and I will never go back. I spent a lot of money and they acted like I was stupid or something.

Doug is the best! We got stuck on the side of the highway and had no idea where we were. We called him to see what he could do and he went above and beyond. He worked on our car first thing in the morning since we didn't get to Hays until 8. He helped us with everything and was a fair and honest mechanic. He knows what he is doing but even more important his personal touch on making sure we were happy made it the best experience. I would highly recommend going here for all your car needs!

I have had a lot of issues with them. First I had my ball joints replaced well 6 months later the left ball joint went bad again. So I called them up and they said they will fix it for only $110 I thought that was fair well when they got don't it was $600. Then I spent $1'000 to get the gasket fixed on my Chevy Cruze because that's what they said was wrong. Well found out it was just the oil Lid. And lot more stuff than this. Just be advised if they quote you $500 then times it by 3 . Just a rip off place. Go to River City tires in the west end They will take care of you without ripping you off. Since I've been going to them. When they fix something it's for a fair price. And you don't have to go back and get it fixed again and have to pay for it.
