High tire prices, and I have had problems with their service. The service department busted my grill on my Mercedes, then just barely hung it in place. When I stopped at red-light, it fell off. I, of course, went back, where they replaced it with a used one they ordered from a salvage yard. It took over a week to get it in and replaced. I no longer service my vehicle there.
