Technician showed up day of repair with wrong windshield. He couldn’t let me know what day they would come back to replace my windshield and had already took the weather strip off the top of my car. I tried calling the customer service line and they couldn’t give me a for sure return time either and said the closest technician would be coming from Alabama and I live in Kentucky. I had my front windshield replaced at my residence which was easy to set up and hassle free. However, after a short while I noticed a small air leak when driving at higher speeds. Mistakes happen and Glass America was eager to fix the problem. The follow up appointment was easy to set up, and they remedied the issue within 30-45 minutes with it all being under warranty.
