This is a professional body shop. We dealt with Gary most of the time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and he went above and beyond to make this a good experience. We were very pleased from start to finish with this business. We were kept abreast of the progress via text messages. The body work and paint job were done right the first time. Although a very lengthy process due to Progressive insurance negligence and unprofessionalism, Carstar is aces in my book...Tim took the reigns, and Carstar as a professional courtesy offered to help with my car rental expenses, insurance only paid 30 days, I was financially responsible for the other 4 months. I've not received my truck as of this post however, I am positive it is due to the integrity of Carstar, to be certain the truck is repaired correctly.
