I was hearing a pronounced hum under my car when ever a hit about 55mph. I took my car to Steve and Stacy's to have it looked at. They said the hum was coming from the transmission. Even said they got up under it with a stethoscope or something to listen inside. Not knowing anything about a CVT transmissions I trusted their judgement. They also said a rear shock was beginning to leak. So they call the warranty ace with an estimate. The warranty is only gonna pay for what they are used to paying in similar situations. So I would have had to pay over 1000$ for a car with two warranty and only had car for two months. So I took it to Nissan service and they called back and turns out there isn't anything wrong with the transmission.its just a bearing. And they couldn't find a shock leak anywhere. There couldn't have been any mistake on diagnosis. this was just them being shady on their dealings. Anyone that goes to Steve and Stacy's for service should get a second opinion because they are c

I took my truck in for a simple oil change and thankfully I checked under the hood a few weeks after the oil change because they never put the cap back on after they filled it with oil. It spewed oil all over the engine bay and caused a mess. Now I have to buy a new cap and hope that there isn't too much damage caused to the engine. Definitely check under the hood immediately after getting a vehicle serviced here. Never again will I take my vehicles here.
