They try to sell you service and maintenance parts that aren't really needed. They tried to get me to have them change my timing belt even though my car has a timing chain which never needs serviced. I've also had them suggest air filters be replaced when they weren't even dirty.
Oil change...staffed with helpful, friendly people.
The staff at lester raines body shop are all top notch! Any time I've needed repair work done from an accident, that's where I go. Bob does great work and Bobbie Jo is a hoot to deal with. 5 stars all day long
