Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I just got back from this business. After quite the ordeal blowing out my tire on 97 I was towed over night to this shop. Brett was amazing helping me out and all the staff were very kind, and the price was great. I am over 6 hours from home and I'm happy to know they didn't take advantage of me and just helped a person out. Turns out people in Charleston, WV are awesome and kind to the core. 10/10 would recommend.

Great prices and great work. Installed my tires even after us having a miscommunication. Would definitely recommend. Will be going back.

This place is shady and will lie to you to charge you more money. I came in for an inspection sticker only. They wanted to charge me over 100 dollars for a single rear wiper blade and a single registration light bulb. I went out and tapped the light and fixed it. The wipers worked fine and didn't have a problem. The big tall manager out front was extremely rude when I called him out on it and threatened to call the State Police to come do the vehicle inspection. I told him to call them. He said he couldn't get ahold of them because it was the weekend and put a rejection sticker on my vehicle. I called a trooper personally and spoke with him about the situation. I returned to the store with the trooper and the issue was quickly resolved with them putting a new sticker on my vehicle.
