I brought my truck in to fix some oil lines, took over a week for them to even finish with it and then when I arrive to pick it up and after I've paid, the battery is completely dead and I was told nothing about it. It was perfectly fine when i brought it in but was completely dead when i went to pick it up. There's no way they didn't cause it and they charged me for a new battery. This is in the middle of a work day while I have employees and customers waiting on me to get work done. And they lost my oil cap so I've been sitting here for an hour now waiting for one to be delivered. Horrible experience and not worth the money they charge
Got a flat tire and Firestone was able to get a new one put on for us in less than and hour and a half! Very nice staff and very satisfied!
A trip to Firestone in Charleston has been a bad experience each time. The manager is a nice guy. Can't find any other positives about the place.
