We have a 2004 Mini Cooper. We were on vacation from Canada and had been having some trouble with our car. We called ahead to let the shop know that we were going to try and make it there and ask if they could help us out. The gentleman on the phone was very kind and helpful and told us he would do what he could to help us out. The car made it there and in no time at all it was diagnosed and on it's way to being fixed! They made us as comfortable as they could and even offered to drive us to the mall to help pass the time. In no time at all they had us repaired and on our way again! The mechanic Craig, even took care of the the hatch light that wouldn't go out!! If It wasn't such a distance to travel I would take the car there for all of it's service!
