Very rude over the phone made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and I come from a long line of mechanics. Unreasonable and disrespectful!
The ONLY store that had what I needed. Everyone else wanted $54 for just the front plate of my water pump. Old 2000 mazda. Napa had the whole kit-n-kabbodle, (front plate and back housing) for $52. ???????????? can't beat it!!
Very Very poor customer service, got part as I needed but had very bad attitude helping.
