Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I picked up a nail in my tire so I tried scheduling an appointment online. When I showed up the appointment never went through but the gentleman was very kind and said he would get it taken care of. I was in and out in a short time and with a tire that was no longer leaking. Very friendly service.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 hours for it (with appt) and they didn’t rotate my tires. I could tell because found out later the same tire in the same spot kept losing air before and after my appt. Sad because the front desk was really nice and I wanted to come back next oil change but they can’t be trusted.

I just moved to the area and my front tire was loosing air. Not knowing anyone, I checked reviews and this Store stood out for great customer service. Guess what, this Store offers awesome Customer Service. My car and tires had been driven for 8k miles. Dan inspected the tire, found the puncture and had it fixed in 30 minutes. The tire repair cost was much lower than I expected. I sincerely appreciate honest business and good work. Thank you, so much!
