Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing

I had a stellar experience with Bob's Auto and Towing today -- my vehicle had become unresponsive, and the tow driver Garret (I think that was his name) was very helpful and friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. The timing was also surprisingly fast, which was much appreciated. Based on this great service -- I will definitely go to Bob's for future car needs. Would highly recommend.

The company I work for uses Bob’s when our vehicles need maintenance. Every employee I have encountered has been more than helpful and always has a positive attitude. I have worked with Cece and Dave and they were both calm and efficient! Both of them, on two separate occasions, made my bad day better with kindness and humor.

I did not have a good experience at this location. I felt rushed and unvalued. I was told that I did not have to pay for a diagnosis if I had something repaired. Then another staff told me that I did have to pay for it. In addition, the guy did diagnosis on things I did NOT ask for. I know when I receive quality customer service and the staffs here did not offer me quality service and respect. The front desk staff treated me like I was uneducated. This is the 1200 location.
