Picked this repair shop on a whim when I first moved to the area a year and a half ago and haven't regretted it since! These fellas do excellent work, both quickly AND affordably. I can't recommend them enough. Easily the greatest mechanics I've ever been to. Past mechanics have tended to bleed me dry; Total Auto Repair has saved me literally thousands of dollars on fast, dependable repairs. I had called Tom, at Total Auto Repair to get my 2010 Kia looked at. My wife was complaining of squeaking and knocking in the front end. I had called around to the previous car repair facilities that I had gone to the last two or three times for repairs. All the pricing I found was crazy expensive. I assumed I needed front struts. So that's what I was getting quotes on. My wife had told me about Total Auto Repair, she heard from a friend. I had never heard of them, I decided to call. First, I found them to be very polite and knowledgeable. Which is how it should be. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule with only a 3 day wait. Everywhere else was weeks or more. I'm finding that it's not because the organization is busy, they can't find any decent employees to work or they're just slow. After dropping my wife's car off.
