Specifically told the older woman at the front desk that our 2012 Nissan Murano has a front passenger side tire rub and we don’t know what’s going on. She proceeded to tell me we for sure need an alignment and that she would let the individual who’s working on our vehicle know that we’re having issues. After about 40 mins our car was done and she said he said everything was fine. Later on that day our car started doing the same exact thing it was doing before. I called the place and spoke to the gentleman and he told me the woman at the front never told him anything about us having issues. Took it to another mechanic for him to tell me they shouldn’t have did the alignment with my whole front axle being messed up. Basically charged me $80 for nothing. Now I’m stuck buying another tire because the issue was not resolved! Very unsatisfying customer service. I’m sure I wouldn’t be in this boat had the woman in front said something to the gentleman.

Richlen and Sons is my go-to place for most car repairs. They do excellent work for very reasonable prices and never try to talk someone into getting work the person doesn't need. With small things, I can stop in without an appointment, and they will always fix the problem in less than an hour.

My husband and I love coming over to Richlen! They are great for small easy repairs but they love to fix anything. I normally do the small diy repairs myself (windshield wipers, battery's, oil change etc) but when you have something tricky Brian and his team of mechanics are always hard working and intelligent. (West Allis's Finest!!!) I brought my shuttle bus here to get a new motor and transmission and they were able to take an older motor from an old Chevy suburban in the parking lot and install it overnight on a weekend! Great Place.
