Haven't picked up my car yet, but, I know that these guys are best at what they do with all my interactions with them so far. Glad I found my to-go place for all things auto!

I've had several services done here over the past 2-3 years, and they always do great work with fair prices and honest assessments of what's wrong with my vehicle, what repairs are necessary at the time, and what might or might not be a problem down the road. Just a couple week ago my car failed on my way to work at 6AM; I had it towed to Pope without warning, & they were able to address it within 3 business days. When Nick first thought it might be a problem with the transmission, he offered to give the car a full inspection just to make sure, and to check if there were any other issues that might arise down the road that would make a costly repair like a new/used transmission not worth it. After taking a closer look a few days later, he found it was a completely different, inexpensive issue, and took care of it right away. Had a couple of issues with our rx350 and had spoke to Nick about bringing it in for repair. Let me tell you that was one of my best decisions! Dropped the car off at the shop for our appointment and received a call back soon after. He made a great repair to the exhaust system and fixed the sensor issue along with a full service oil change.
