I’ve been going to quick lube places in the past for emissions testing, and I always dreaded it. I’ve waiting for hours for a test before. I heard someone else recommending Kusch’s so I thought I’d give it a try. There was two cars ahead of me when I arrived, and I was still out in less than 10mins. I will never go anywhere else now

My daughter makes an appointment to get a new battery in her 2018 HR-V. As soon as she shows up at 7:30am they talk her into using one of their junk loaners and waiting all day to have it done. No conversation regarding the key fobs that won't work after they spend 20 minutes installing a new overpriced NAPA ($200!) battery. Used to be a great people-focused business - now I guess they could care less. I call this morning and they double-down on "the key fob wasn't on the work order". I asked you work on Hondas, right? We're taking our business elsewhere and I strongly recommend you do to.

Was advised car needed a new axle and that transmission was "going" (clunky acceleration). The fixes and prices quoted by the "other guy" struck me as unreasonable. Per recommendations of friends, took my vehicle here. They did a vehicle inspection, confirmed the problems noted above while quoting a FAR lower price for the axle replacement, and a more basic solution for the transmission. The customer service was phenomenal with everything clearly explained, and no surprises at the last minute. Car is running great. Would recommend. Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection
