This place is GREAT! Called earlier in the week and set up an appointment for a new muffler. Appointment was for 1pm, they took the car in just before 1 and had the car done and out by 1:10pm! Great service as well as price. Called another place to compare pricing and Mufflers & Pipes was nearly $100 less!!!
Sons car exhaust broke (rusted through) after the catalytic converter, before the resonator. Called Mufflers & Pipes (now known as Waukesha Auto Repair) and explained. Dropped car off at end of day so they could look at it next day. First thing in the morning they called and explained everything after the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and the price (which was very reasonable, in my opinion). Within a few hours they called and it was ready for pick up (no price increase). Super easy transaction, very straightforward, no bs. Highly recommend!
