The best mechanic I’ve ever had, and am very fortunate to have met Jim. He is honest, explains everything well and has fair pricing. I’ve been coming here for six years, and never had a problem. Very happy!
Fabulous. He was recommended to me by someone at Michelin as being someone who knows Volkswagon well. Did a great job w my Jetta, and charged me $800 less than what another shop quoted to replace front struts.
A great mechanic!! I took my VW Jetta here after learning it was leaking oil. They diagnosed the problem within a few hours and worked with me to get it done in time for me to drive back to Tennessee after spending time visiting in Wisconsin for the holidays. I was on a very tight timeline and they worked hard to get it done in time. Above and beyond customer service and fair pricing.
