I took my car in to have 2 control arms and power steering pump done. The guy replaced 2 extra control arms without asking me and went ahead and did it himself. Then tried to charge me extra for the parts when I told them I could get them cheaper. On top of that he he broke a bolt on the control arm so I had to wait until the next day which was very inconvenient. Then he lied and said he had to wait to get the bolt from the dealership. So I wait until the next day. Come to find out he welded the broken bolt back into my new control arm so it’s basically useless if I wanted to get another bolt and do it properly. On top of that the brake lines were fried because of these guys doing the job halfass. On top of all of this I took it to another mechanic, and he said the control arms weren’t even tightens down properly. I called the guy and he basically tried to blame me for wanting the job done in the quoted amount of time, before he did extra work to make extra money and broke the bolt wh
