I had my car look at by them for transmission leak and they said they found it but definitely did not. I was charged 300 dollars for something they didn’t even fix. Had it looked at by another shop and they found the leak within minutes. Service: Transmission

We were travelers stranded outside Superior late one cold, rainy afternoon. Rivord's was recommended to us. Kara and Rick stayed late at the shop to get us in, provided a loaner vehicle, helped us find a pet-friendly hotel and gave us restaurant recommendations. Our van was repaired quickly and expertly. Their prices were reasonable, they offered a warranty on the repair, and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. They gave us peace-of-mind so far from home. Thank you so much!!!
