After a recommendation from my uncle, I brought my Volkswagen here for a timing belt replacement. The quote included the belt, water pump, tensioner, and idlers, which should be replaced at the same time. When the parts arrived the next week, I dropped the vehicle off and was able to pick it up the following afternoon.

I cannot say enough good things about Auto Centrum. On the road 1400 miles home and my BMW’s transmission started to shudder under light acceleration. Fidal listened to my plight and told me to bring it right in. A perfect gentleman, he offered me food and drink and then inserted me into his schedule that same day. He worked late in that evening to finish my car and refused an offered expedite fee. With a transmission flush, new filter and friction modifier added, my transmission returned to normal. Fidal even asked me to call the next day to keep him informed of my progress in case I had further problems. I made it home to Albuquerque, NM in the next two days and the transmission performed flawlessly all the way.
