Firestone Complete Auto Care

Took my vehicle in, was told it was essentially falling apart and not safe to drive. Quoted me at a few thousand. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion from a recommended mechanic who was able to completely fix my vehicle for a few hundred dollars. Firestone also reported a several parts as damaged or due for replacement, when brought to the attention of my new mechanic, it turns out the parts we're operating just fine. These guys are either liars, or very bad at their job. The icing on the cake was there complete lack of customer service when they knew their jig was up and I wasn't going forward with the repairs through them. Never going to another Firestone again. Incompetent at best, deceitful at worst.

Good service, but, the person behind the desk that takes care of the general public was very sick. He should have been told to stay home or had to wear a mask instead of coughing everywhere. My wife and I have been sick ever since!

This location has completely turned around (for the better) in the last 6-8 months. I was given updates. They met and exceeded their time estimate. I was given multiple estimates for purchases i am considering in future without feeling pushed to buy now. Keep this track up Claudio your doing great. Was nice to feel like a customer not just a dollar for them. Services: Electrical repair, Oil change
