**10 ⭐ if I could!! My 74 yr old father was stranded. His car would not start for anything. I called AutoZone & nothing they could do unless he was in their lot. I called O'Reilly's & I started asking & the employee finished my sentence adding "yes, no problem"!! They were short staffed so I was told about an hour ????...5 MINUTES. ???? That's how long it took. No charge! THEN the young man told my father 2 places he could get the issue fixed, 1 that even took payments! My father was home, with his car FIXED less than 2 HOURS after I called O'Reilly's!???? ???? I now will go to no other place. #☝???? THANK YOU O'REILLY'S AUTO PARTS❕‼ ????

Bought a battery for my truck from this location and began having issues with my truck starting. I took my truck to my mechanic who, after hours of searching for a power draw, found the only issue being the battery I bought was faulty. I brought the battery back as It was under warranty. They tested it in the truck and of course told me everything was fine. I explained that my mechanic looked it over for hours and that the battery was the only issue found. Keith told me there was nothing that could be done, and he had never heard of my mechanic. (Side note: I told my mechanic this as they have an account with this store and he was not happy.) Fast-forward I was able to get in touch with a store manager at another location who took the time to remove the battery from the truck and test it on the bench tester. It came back as a bad battery and THAT location honored the warranty

The worker was very helpful with coming to my car and fixing the car battery and putting it all together for me. Great service would definitely go with them again for any issues I have
