Nolte's Service & 24 Hour Towing

Awful experience with this place. Rude and when they said they were closed, even though their website said they were open, they didn't have the trailer that had been reserved weeks in advance. Then they copped an attitude, said we would have to wait two days until they got one and then hung up on us...twice! All we needed was an alternate location that was open and offering good service and instead we got a snarky, rude guy. Go to the other Uhaul on Ohio for fantastic service!

Bad business!! These people are money hungry scoundrels and very rude with customer interactions. They waited 30 days before notifying me of a towed vehicle while charging me over $1000 in impound fees. I was a good customer of theirs prior, but this is apparently the courtesy they give their customers. Service: Special vehicle towing

Super impressed with Nolte’s… I’m a travel nurse that was having an issue while here…13 hours from home. They diagnosed my issue with my jeep, ordered a hard to get part and charged me $1500 less to get it fixed than Bergstroms had quoted me. Thanks for helping me out! I appreciate you guys.
