My fiance's car needed multiple fixes within the tire system. I do not know much about cars whatsoever, and I've had auto mechanics take advantage of that to charge a tonnnnn of money, or diagnose a problem that isn't there. Troy (the supreme chad in this story) was very transparent, and very educational. He took her into the shop and hands-on showed her what was wrong. When I showed up shortly after, he explained everything to me and I learned a bit. The car's problems very much took us by surprise, and he made very generous concessions to accommodate us (we're paying full price, so don't try to low-ball him lol). Throughout the whole process, he was also very kind. Will definitely be going back when my own POS car inevitably breaks down.

I brought my car in to Mark to get an estimate for a transmission, the other places ,quoted me almost 2000.00 dollars, for the repair, and on top of it they charged me almost 200.00 to diagnose the repair. I brought it to Mark he checked it for free, and did the necessary repairs for less than half of the other quotes I got from the other places. thanks Mark for the great work you've done for me and my family to drive safe.. They say trouble comes in threes - so far this year my car needed three major repairs, all within two months! I took my vehicle to Discount Auto and am 100% satisfied with every job done. They provided fast service and a great deal on parts and labor. I pretty much know nothing about cars but Mark was so friendly to me and overall I just have nothing but good things to say about this place.
