I take my work and personal car here. Sends detailed texts with their software of things that are urgent or moderate that need to be handled and walk you through the estimate and allow for a pay from that software system. You can give them the go ahead straight from the software text you get too.
Jake was honest and very thorough with assessing the issues with our vehicle. Then when doing the repairs the pricing was very fair and the work was done promptly. Also Jake showed us pictures of work that was done and also followed up with a courtesy call a couple days after we got the car back. I would highly recommend Olsen's Unlimited to anyone!
I have been going to these guys almost since they’ve opened and every time I go they do what they can to get whatever I need fixed timely, and in the most cost effective way. They explain and communicate very well on what’s going on and the work that needs to be done. They’re honest and don’t try to rope you into stuff you don’t actually need. 15/10 would recommend, if you don’t have a mechanic that has your back go see these guys!!!
