I have been a long time customer of Bergstrom’s Service Department. I always am treated with kindness and respect from the moment I enter the big glass shop doors by the first available service writer and if my service writer Dan Tibbits is available he comes out to greet me and take over. I can not say enough about Dan! Dan is kind and compassionate, he is empathetic and encouraging. Dan knows his business and is able to follow through on all of his promises from estimated time on repairs, to getting a loaner as there are times that something else turns up after they dig into the issue that originally was diagnosed. I always request the same mechanic and schedule with him, his name is Grant. Grant is an absolute hero! He keeps my old girl running even when I have lost all hope. The truck is alway cleaner inside when I brought it it as Grant takes the time to wipe down everywhere he touches.
