Bergstrom Body Shop of Neenah (Green Bay Rd)

Parts were not in on time...I had to call to find out that they were already there! Service was to be done in 8 days it took 15 days. Had to pay for twice the rental. I had to call to check on the status of the car to find out he was finishing the paperwork. So...communication was poor. I felt like a number, not a customer. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great shop that does high-quality work. I wouldn’t trust just any shop to work on my 2020 Suburban after a car accident. The only complaint I have is that they need to improve upon their communication skills. Call someone when you say you will with updates. Overall though, the quality work can’t be beat which is why I’m giving it a 5-star rating.

In August 2022 I brought my vehicle in for repairs. It took until May 2023 (9 months). I had to make every follow up call because our service advisor was not at all proactive. He did’t ‘own’ this job. There were two minor dents to be replaced - a fairly straightforward job.
