So let me start by saying you mfrs owe me a set of tires because i went threw a front set in less than a year and i have only put on 8k miles. Took it in to a shop this week and they said who ever did my previous alignment it was way off from oem spec.

Bad job doing alignment, they not doing great job, they over tight / ripped both sides the control arm bushings.

My wife’s battery needed to be replaced, so we dropped the car off on a Tuesday for an appointment on Wednesday. They called Wednesday and said they lost the key. So we made arrangements to drop a key off which involved us leaving work early, but they called to say they found the key that day. Despite their negligence in losing the key, they did not change the battery on Wednesday, the originally scheduled appointment. We picked up the car on Thursday and they did not give a discount or do anything to remedy the situation. Unprofessional. I would go elsewhere in the future. I understand if there is a staffing issue, but it is not the customer’s responsibility to enforce basic standards of customer service.
