Gerry and Marie really went above and beyond helping me get my 15 year old Subaru up and running safely and securely so I could pass emissions. I came in with my check engine light and a few other issues, they were promptly taken care of. Gerry even came by to jump my car so I could get it to the shop to be looked at, noticed my battery cable was loose and took care of that too. I am blown away by the level of service and will continue to be a loyal customer. Services: Tires, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Battery, Auto engine diagnostic
This place has saved us more times than I can count. Always efficient and fairly priced, they've kept our old cars running for years. We're very lucky to have them in our neighborhood.
First time ever taking my vehicle into Bay View Service. Overall I was pleased with the experience. I was having an issue with my brakes which other repair shops couldn’t identify. BVS identified the problem and charged labor to correct the issue. Noticing that my front tires were worn badly they let me know they could replace them with the same tires I had on the rear, which was great seeing that Winter is here. They were also able to program my key fob for far less than I would’ve paid at the dealership. As I said, pleased overall. Only hesitation to going back is I wish they would’ve been more transparent about the additional $150 going into getting the new tires. They sold me on a range for price per tire, though didn’t mention the rest. Lesson learned. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes
