I came in for an oil change and the staff was extremely friendly. They were quick and were able to give me a lot of useful information for other concerns I had regarding my vehicle I would recommend them 10/10 Service: Oil change

Wow!! What a way to start my day! What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if when you arrive at the appointment they tell you, they can’t see you they have to cancel the appointment because they’re overbooked and have cars that still needed to be worked on from yesterday horrible horrible horrible service. Thank goodness for Oil Changers in Menomonee Falls. I pulled right up to no wait. I pulled right in and what Midas was charging to check my Differential ($130) not including tax oil changers did it for FREE . So long Midas in Menomonee Falls. I Wouldn’t recommend this place to save my life. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I strongly recommend not going to this place for any work on your vehicle. I took my new truck to get a simple oil change or so I thought. After I paid and had my receipt in hand I noticed on the receipt they put the wrong oil in my truck. I went back in and told them the issue and they said there is nothing they can do unless I pay them $48. The absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. I will never be taking another vehicle to this place. Really makes you think, if they can’t do a simple oil change correctly. What can they do there? Called the Ford dealership in Hartford and they told me they will put the correct oil in my truck. I’m glad that they are able to help me and provide outstanding customer service.
