Amazing service!! Jeff is so nice and honest and does great work. My coworker recommended him and I'm so happy he did because I haven't been able to find a mechanic I like in Madison for 6 years. I won't be going anywhere else from now on unless I absolutely have to. I don't know anything about cars other than how to drive them so I'm always nervous to talk to mechanics but Jeff is personable, kind, and straightforward.

Jeff really does great work and his rate is very reasonable. Just had my wife's car in for a full brake job, and a year ago he replaced my fuel sending unit on my GMC Sierra. I trust his opinion & never felt taken advantaged of. I plan on getting more work done in the future. Always great to support these local small business's. I have been taking my vehicles to Jeff for 10 years, give or take. He is the mechanic you always hope you will find: honest, reasonably priced, and competent. If the repair needed is not something in which he has expertise, he will recommend another shop. Once I had my currently-owned Toyota Highlander at a dealership, and they recommended rear brake work, at an estimate of $800; Jeff did it for under $200, including parts, labor, and tax. I previously owned a Mercury Grand Marquis, and sometimes he would find a much cheaper shortcut when repairing something. You can't go wrong with Northside Automotive.
