I went to Midas because when I called them for an appointment, they were able to get me in the next day to see what was wrong with my car. They also seemed concerned that I was driving my car with the Break light on. When I brought my car in, I waited until they found out what was wrong with my car. Not only did they tell me what was wrong they also showed me. It was great not feeling like the "woman who knows nothing"! They could have upped their charge as they were not sure if the Master cylinder was bad and could have just told me it was. Because they were not sure of how long the job would take, they even gave me a loaner!! I will definitely be (and already have) passing their name onto people I know and I will be back with my car. I get my oil changed here regularly. Always courteous and professional. They have a courtesy vehicle inspection that’s comprehensive. John takes the time to walk me through the inspection and answers all of my questions! Yes knowledgeable and helps me make an educated decision about what repairs I will or won’t make. The repairs come with a quote so you know up front what the cost would be. There’s no pressure at all to get the services, just an explanation of what’s going on with your vehicle. I’ve been impressed with the whole team and they’ve definitely earned my trust. Thank you all!! Staff was nice. I didn’t have to wait long. However, I had a low tire pressure light that came on the same day and I had a light on for low washer fluid. On the inspection sheet they checked off the green boxes for my tire pressure and washer fluid. I was bummed to see that I got in my car to leave and both lights were still on meaning that my tire pressure and washer fluid were never actually checked. They just checked off the boxes.
