My experience working with Josh Haugh and the Bergstrom Body Shop team was amazing! Had some work done on my truck. Josh helped with the rental and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the entire process. Josh’s attention to detail and communication skills were outstanding. When I picked the vehicle up (which was sooner than expected), I actually had to look twice at my truck. It was so incredibly clean and shining, I honestly wasn’t sure if it was mine. The work the team performed was fantastic and I couldn’t imagine having a better customer experience. Thanks again to Josh and the entire team. I’m really not sure where to begin. We are extremely impressed with Bergstrom Auto Body in Madison. We live about 45 min away and with them being newly opened- we were hesitant- but our adjuster had a good feeling about them so we went for it. I’m so happy that we did! When we picked up my car, it was with the other cars in the showroom and every single one of them more beautiful than the next! Our car was vacuumed and washed, and it felt & looked brand new!
