Went in with some clunks and noises, somewhat knowledgeable myself of the issues, but no expert. Aaron(spell check) took a look immediately and was able to give me an idea of the parts and repairs needed. I was comfortable with his diagnostics and wanted to move forward asap. They were pretty booked up but I was lucky enough there were a few cancelations the next day. I received a Call in the morning, with a full estimate and nothing more than we discussed. He was fair enough with the high mileage of my vehicle, to only take care of the necessary problem and not coarse me into any extra parts or labor. My jeep has a different set up for front end alignments if it's way out of wack, but it wasn't bad enough and only needed the standard alignment. Real straight shooters on parts and labor. I will continue to bring my vehicles there as well as suggest them to anyone i know. The Team at Mike’s are great people to work with. I reviewed my issue with them, they kept me informed about the changes needed to the exhaust and provided costs update as needed. For the final test drive, he asked his other mechanics to sit in the back seat for the test ride as we listened for the exhaust issues I had before coming to them.
