I have had various vehicles worked on at O'Keefe's and this man is extremely good at finding the root cause of a problem. He is an honest person and communicates well. One vehicle had an issue and codes that lead me to think there was a blockage and after cleaning out the recommended area and replacing the main piece the issue was still there. This man verified what I had done and then found the real problem and fixed it! He will always give the straight answer, and lets you know that he will do the research needed to properly fix what is required. He also knows and respects you to fix only the necessary things without adding on additional frivolous things. If he says it's needed then it is and if he says it is getting worn but can still be OK for a while then you can believe it. I found a honest person when I tried O'Keeffe's and I don't go anywhere else now. If I want to do the work myself, he is ok with it just because of the goodhearted person that he is.
